DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Please allow 5-7 business days ordering processing time and 2-5 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays not included. If experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING 

Shipping confirmations are sent out via email when your order is processed. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. It can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active.

 

* Once order(s) have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays due to carrier (USPS, UPS, FED EX etc.) achieving delivery time, please plan accordingly.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with the shipping carrier.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once an order has been placed and begins processing at our fulfillment center, adjustments or cancellations cannot be made. Please double-check that you selected the correct items you want to purchase and that all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. 

For your protection and to prevent package theft, we recommend selecting a shipping method with a signature requirement. 

If a shipping method without a signature requirement is selected, we cannot authorize a stolen package claim. 

If a stolen package claim is filed and approved/paid by UPS, we can only authorize a Store Credit or replacement if available. Refunds will not be issued.
